The TEFCOLD MCX130M is an open-fronted multideck built for grab-and-go merchandising, putting chilled stock within instant reach with no door between the customer and the product. It presents 1.46 m² of display across four adjustable shelves, giving 580 litres of usable net capacity from a 680-litre gross cabinet. The SS304 stainless-steel finish, inside and out, stands up to busy retail and back-of-house use.
It holds a -1 to +5 °C band suited to pre-packed chilled food and drink, with automatic defrost and an electronic controller keeping the temperature steady without manual intervention. Being open-fronted, it carries an energy class F rating and draws 6449 kWh a year — about £1612 a year in electricity at 25p/kWh — so weigh the impulse-sales gain against the running cost. Running noise is 61 dB, and it is built to climate class 3.
The cabinet measures 1312 mm wide, 740 mm deep and 1994 mm high, and ships at 1400 × 790 × 2150 mm packed, so check your access route against the packed height before delivery. It weighs 230 kg net (310 kg gross), runs on a 220-240 V/50 Hz supply and draws 13 A at 1080 W input, so a standard 13 A socket carries it. Cooling uses R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant with a 140 g charge.
