The TEFCOLD Galaxy+ GP26 Black Multideck is a large open-fronted display fridge built to put grab-and-go chilled stock in front of customers with nothing between them and the product. At 2580 mm wide it presents 3.83 m² of merchandising space across five adjustable shelves, with a gross volume of 2887 litres and 1258 litres of net usable capacity. The black RAL9005 finish, inside and out, suits high-traffic retail floors where the cabinet is meant to frame the stock, not distract from it.
The cabinet holds a temperature band of -1 to +5 °C, cold enough for fresh chilled food as well as drinks and packaged goods. Cooling is managed by an electronic controller with automatic defrost, so there is no manual routine to schedule. It carries an energy class of E and draws 10793 kWh a year — about £2698 a year at 25p/kWh — and runs at a measured 55 dB. Climate class 3 means it is rated for a warm shop floor.
External dimensions are 2580 × 740 × 2040 mm (W×D×H), so check doorways and aisle runs before delivery; packed for transport it measures 2650 × 770 × 2320 mm and weighs 460 kg gross, 430 kg net. It runs from a 220-240 V supply on a 16 A circuit. Refrigerant is R290 hydrocarbon with a 150 g charge, a low-GWP gas now standard across efficient commercial cabinets.
