Why this open fronted multideck fridge earns its place
The Galaxy+ GP20 SS is a full-height open-fronted multideck that puts chilled stock straight in front of the customer with no door between them and the product. It offers 2.87 m² of display area across five adjustable shelves, a gross volume of 2165 litres and 943 litres net, all wrapped in a mirror stainless steel finish inside and out that suits a modern grab-and-go fixture.
The cabinet runs a -1 to +5 °C band under an electronic controller with automatic defrost, so chilled lines stay in condition through the trading day without manual intervention. It is rated energy class D at 7927.8 kWh a year — about £1982 a year at 25p/kWh — is rated to climate class 3, and measured noise is 55 dB(A).
External dimensions are 1955 × 740 × 2040 mm (W×D×H), and it ships packed at 2000 × 770 × 2320 mm, so check doorway width and delivery access before it arrives — it weighs 392 kg gross (370 kg net). It runs on a 220–240 V supply drawing up to 16 A and uses 150 g of R290 refrigerant.
