Why this open fronted multideck fridge earns its place
The BTD100SSV2 is BLIZZARD's stainless-steel open-front multideck — a tiered, open-plan cabinet with four heavy-duty adjustable shelves and no doors between the customer and the stock. That format is built for grab-and-go merchandising: chilled product at eye level across 1002 mm width and 440 litres of capacity, presented in a single visual sweep and reachable in one movement, which is what drives impulse sales in a busy retail space. Load it with soft drinks, dairy, pre-packed sandwiches, chilled snacks and other packaged chilled lines.
The cabinet holds a 0 to +7 °C chilled display, a working band for pre-packed chilled stock rather than a pull-down or long-term storage temperature — load it with product that is already at temperature. It runs on R290, a natural hydrocarbon refrigerant with low global warming potential, controlled digitally and rated to climate class 3 for a normally heated shop floor. At 210 kg, it's designed as a robust, floor-standing unit built for constant traffic.
Because it is an open-front cabinet, siting matters: keep it clear of doorways, cross-draughts and air-conditioning outlets, which disturb the air curtain that holds the chilled display and push up energy use. The stainless-steel finish suits the front-of-house retail environment. R290 is a hydrocarbon refrigerant, so installation and any servicing belong with a qualified engineer — call us to arrange it. Confirm the exact footprint and delivery access with our team before you order, so the cabinet lands cleanly in its final position.
