Why this open fronted multideck fridge earns its place
The BTD130SSV2 is a Blizzard open-front multideck display chiller — a 1315 mm wide, 700 mm deep, 2000 mm high cabinet that holds chilled stock on open display with no door between shopper and shelf. Its stainless steel exterior and interior, double-glazed glass side panels and low-profile branding give it a clean retail face, while the 595 litre gross volume gives useful merchandising space in a compact 1.3m run.
In use it holds 0 to +7 °C, the working band for chilled grab-and-go stock such as cold drinks, dairy, sandwiches and packaged food. Four heavy-duty adjustable shelves let you tune the layout by product height, LED lighting to each shelf and the ceiling keeps the face bright, and detachable plastic pricing strips make shelf-edge promotions simple.
Cooling is handled by R290, a low-GWP hydrocarbon refrigerant, with a digital temperature controller and climate class 3 rating for controlled indoor retail use. A retractable night blind is fitted as standard for covering the display out of hours, and independent power and lighting switches let staff control refrigeration and presentation separately.
