Why this low height multideck fridge earns its place
The Infrico VBR18DS is a refrigerated self-service merchandiser — an open-front, low-height multideck that puts chilled stock straight into the customer's reach. At 1935 mm wide it presents a long, uninterrupted face of product across its shelves, turning drinks, dairy, food-to-go and packaged chilled lines into a browsable impulse display. The low-height format holds a full column of stock while keeping sightlines open across the shop floor.
Defrost is automatic, so the cabinet manages ice build-up itself and there is no manual routine for staff to run mid-trade. It carries a climate class 4 rating, tested to hold temperature in warm ambient conditions, which gives useful headroom on a busy shop floor where an open-front cabinet has to work harder than a closed one. With no doors, the display stays shoppable straight off the shelf through peak footfall.
The cabinet measures 1935 mm wide, 810 mm deep and 1300 mm high. At close to two metres wide it is well beyond a standard doorway, so plan the delivery route, turns and final position carefully before it arrives. It is a heavy 212 kg, making installation a job for more than one person on a solid, level floor. Cooling uses R290, a hydrocarbon refrigerant with low global-warming impact.
