The CD870's five shelves hold 375 litres of chilled grab-and-go: drinks, snacks, packaged food ready for the till. That open access is what drives impulse sales. To hold temperature reliably, any open-front cabinet is best sited away from direct heat, sunlight and strong draughts, with the air curtain across the front kept clear of overfilled shelves that would break it. Note: this is an Energy class F cabinet, so running costs are significant — expect around 18.4 kWh per day.
