Why this minibars & hotel fridge earns its place
The TM55 is a compact minibar cooler sized for hotel guest rooms, offices and small back-of-house use. Behind a single solid hinged door it holds 41 litres of net capacity (44 litres gross) on three black wire shelves, keeping drinks and snacks chilled and out of sight in a black exterior.
It holds a 0 to +10 °C band, with automatic electric defrost and an electronic controller keeping the temperature steady without manual intervention. At 50 W input and 193.5 kWh a year, the cooler costs about £48 a year to run at 25p/kWh; it is rated energy class G, and the interior is ABS in RAL7005.
The cabinet measures 402 × 465 × 670 mm externally (W×D×H) with a 312 × 250 × 565 mm interior, so it drops into a cabinet recess or sits on the floor of a guest room. It weighs 20 kg net (23 kg gross), runs from a 220-240 V / 50 Hz supply and carries an 80 g refrigerant charge.
