Why this triple door glass door fridge earns its place
The Tefcold LGC7500B is a three-door glass merchandiser built for high-volume chilled display. Behind its three hinged glass doors it offers 2050 litres of gross volume and 2.07 m² of display area across 15 shelves, presenting drinks and grab-and-go stock face-on to the customer. The black RAL9005 exterior and black interior keep the eye on the product rather than the cabinet.
It runs at +1 to +8 °C, holding chilled stock across the whole cabinet, and uses automatic off-cycle defrost so it clears frost without a manual routine. Cooling is on R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant with a class C energy rating and an energy efficiency index of 30%; at a rated 3869 kWh a year that works out at about £967 a year at 25p/kWh. It draws 650 W, runs at 60 dB, and is rated climate class 4 to hold temperature in warm, busy rooms.
Inside, the usable space measures 1959 × 640 × 1520 mm (W×D×H), so plan shelf layout around a wide, deep cabinet. It is a substantial unit at 245 kg, so factor in delivery access and a solid floor at the install position. Cooling uses a 150 g charge of R290 refrigerant.
