Why this single door glass door fridge earns its place
The LGC2500B is a single glass-door merchandiser for chilled grab-and-go — bottled drinks, sandwiches, desserts and packaged chilled lines held on show behind a hinged glass door. Gross volume is 496 litres over 5 shelves, with 0.69 m² of display area facing the customer. The black RAL9005 exterior and black interior give a clean retail backdrop for the stock.
It runs at +1 to +8 °C, the standard band for packaged chilled retail, with automatic off-cycle defrost so it clears itself without manual intervention. The cabinet carries climate class 4, built to hold its temperature in warmer ambient shop-floor conditions, and runs at 58 dB. Energy class is B and it is rated at 1350.5 kWh a year — about £338 a year at 25p/kWh.
Internally the cabinet measures 565 × 640 × 1520 mm (W×D×H) with 5 shelves for laying out stock. It uses R600a refrigerant with a 110 g charge and draws 280 W in use. At 135 kg gross it is a two-person lift into position, so plan the delivery route and final siting before it arrives.
