Why this upright wine fridge earns its place
The FS1380WB is an upright single-door drinks and wine cooler built for front-of-house display. A black exterior and full-height hinged glass door put stock on show, while the white interior and six shelves plus a base give you 345 litres of net volume to merchandise bottles and cans face-out rather than stacking them out of sight.
Day to day it runs off a mechanical controller with automatic off-cycle defrost, so there is no manual defrost routine to schedule. It sits at climate class 4 and is rated at 45 dB, quiet enough to live in a customer-facing space. Energy class D and a measured 803 kWh a year work out at about £201 a year at 25p/kWh.
The cabinet uses R600a refrigerant with an 80 g charge and draws 295 W through a standard 13 A plug, so no special electrics are needed. Internally it measures 470 × 450 × 1552 mm (W×D×H) and the unit has a gross weight of 81 kg, worth planning for when routing it through doorways and into position.
