Why this double door glass door fridge earns its place
The Atom Maxi C2DB is a double-door glass-door merchandiser fridge with a black RAL9005 cabinet and a white RAL9003 interior, built to sell chilled stock on sight. Two hinged glass doors front 1.58 m² of display, and ten adjustable shelves give you the flexibility to lay out cans, bottles, grab-and-go food or dairy however the fixture needs to work. Net usable capacity is 809 litres from 1081 litres gross.
The cabinet holds -1 to +10 °C using ventilated cooling for even temperature top to bottom, with automatic off-cycle defrost and an electronic controller running it hands-off. It is rated climate class 3 for normal shop-floor conditions and runs at 62 dB. On energy it is strong for its size — class B with an EEI of 19.7% — putting running cost at about £381 a year at 25p/kWh.
The external cabinet measures 1253 × 710 × 2003 mm (W×D×H) and packs to 1278 × 760 × 2090 mm, so check doorway width and delivery access against the 710 mm depth. It runs from a standard 13 A supply at 220-240 V/50 Hz, weighs 197 kg gross and 179 kg net, and cools on R290 refrigerant with a 110 g charge.
