Why this double door glass door fridge earns its place
The JDE-1000R is an upright display refrigerator with two full-height glass doors. It holds 1000 litres of chilled stock behind clear glass so customers can see what is on offer and serve themselves across a 1253 mm width, which is the standard format for drinks chillers and grab-and-go lines. The two-door layout gives a substantial self-service display for mid-sized retail runs and front-of-house areas without the floor footprint of a four-door wall.
In day-to-day use, staff load and face up stock from the front while the two doors keep the cold in between customers. It runs at 0–10 °C in refrigeration mode with automatic defrost and LED interior lighting, so match that thermal band and the 1000 litre capacity against the stock you plan to display before ordering. The 45 mm insulation holds temperature reliably even with steady door traffic. Keep the shelf fronts clear so both doors close fully.
Plan the installation around access and supply. It arrives upright as a single unit weighing 197 kg, so check the 1253 × 710 × 2003 mm footprint against your doorway, the final position and the floor before delivery—upright glass-door cabinets are heavy and arrive as one piece. Have a qualified electrician confirm the 230 V socket and 33 kW circuit capacity, and Craven Cooling can advise on siting and delivery access. The 62 dB(A) noise level works well in open trading areas.
