Why this display fridge earns its place
The Victor Evolution SER60E is an enclosed-front cake display cabinet from Victor's Evolution range, built for counters where space counts. At just 600 mm wide and 750 mm deep, it fits a tight module and still holds three display shelves. Flat glass fronts the display, so cakes, gateaux, patisserie and chilled desserts sit protected and in full view from the customer side while staff serve from behind. It runs at 0 to +5 °C to hold pastries, tarts and finished desserts properly chilled through service.
The enclosed front separates the display from the shop floor, keeping the products cleanly presented and out of reach until served. That suits an assisted-service counter in a bakery, café or deli, where the till and the cakes share the same run. At 145 kg (ready to work), it's lighter than the wider 900 mm Evolution model, so it's easier to position and won't overload a modest counter structure.
