Why this flat glass serve over fridge earns its place
The Bellini ID 2050FV SR is a serve-over display counter built to present chilled goods across a wide glass front while staff serve from the rear. With 1.26 m² of display it suits patisserie, deli and prepared-food counters that trade on how the product looks. The white exterior and stainless-steel interior give a clean, durable finish that reads well front-of-house and wipes down easily.
It holds a chilled band of +2 to +6 °C with automatic defrost, so there is no manual defrost routine to schedule around service. It carries climate class 3, rated for typical indoor retail conditions. Energy class G at 3379.9 kWh a year works out at about £845 a year at 25p/kWh — a running cost worth weighing against how much chilled display frontage you actually need.
It draws 480 W from a standard 13-amp supply and uses R290 refrigerant with a 149 g charge, a hydrocarbon with low global warming potential. This is a heavy counter at 270 kg net (335 kg gross), so plan a proper lifting team, a firm and level floor and a clear delivery route into position.
