Why this beer fridge earns its place
The Fagor EERM-3 is a three-door back bar cooler finished in black, built to sit behind the bar and hold a working night's stock of bottles and cans cold and within reach of the pour. It belongs in the run behind the serving line rather than in a back store, so staff draw chilled product straight from the cabinet without stepping away from their station. The black cabinet reads as front-of-house furniture and puts the chilled range on show to customers across the bar.
Three doors divide the cabinet into three independently accessed sections, so one can be restocked or rotated while the others stay in service through a busy shift. Six adjustable shelves hold a working night's chilled stock across 315 litres of capacity. Holding bottles at serving temperature behind the bar means faster rounds and fewer trips to the cellar, and the format is built for the constant door movement of a live bar rather than occasional access. Sited within the bartender's reach, it keeps the quick-selling lines where they are poured.
Plan the cabinet into the back-bar run on a level base with room around it to breathe, allowing access to the front for loading and to the rear for servicing. The cabinet measures 1375 mm wide, 565 mm deep and 900 mm high, and weighs 110 kg, so you'll need a solid run and proper installation support. As a plug-in unit it runs from a standard 220–240V supply and drops into most bar layouts without special groundwork, though you should confirm its width against your gap and the ventilation clearance before install. Craven Cooling can advise on siting and back it with servicing support once it is in place.
