Why this single door bar fridge earns its place
The Serrco by TEFCOLD SGD-120LGE is a single glass-door backbar cooler built to merchandise chilled stock behind the bar. The glazed door puts bottles and cans on show and lit for selection, holding 135 litres gross and 124 litres net so the range is visible and to hand at the point of service.
Day to day it holds +2 to +10 °C through ventilated cooling, run by an electronic controller with automatic defrost. On energy it carries a class D rating with an energy efficiency index of 40%, working out to about £111 a year at 25p/kWh. At 47 dB it sits behind an active bar where the ambient noise of service covers it.
The cabinet draws 327 W from a 220–240 V/50 Hz single-phase supply and runs on R290 refrigerant with a 60 g charge. It is finished in anthracite RAL 7021 over a silver interior. At 58 kg net (63 kg gross) it is a manageable weight to position behind a bar run.
