Why this keg cooler earns its place
The TEFCOLD CKC8 is a black keg cooler built to hold draught stock at serving temperature under or behind the bar. Two hinged solid doors open onto 362 litres gross (359 litres net) of usable space, and the mirror-polished SS430 stainless interior wipes down and stands up to daily cellar use. It keeps kegs cold and ready so lines pour consistently through service.
Ventilated cooling holds an even +2 to +10 °C across the cabinet, with automatic defrost so there is no manual routine to remember. An electronic controller gives precise setting, and at 45 dB it runs quietly enough for a working bar. Energy class B at 919.8 kWh a year is about £230 a year at 25p/kWh.
Internal dimensions are 990 × 500 × 730 mm (W×D×H), and it uses natural R600a refrigerant with a 95 g charge, drawing 250 W on a 220-240 V supply. It weighs 91 kg net, so it needs siting on a solid base. Packed it measures 1400 × 620 × 1050 mm for delivery access.
