Why this keg cooler earns its place
The Serrco by TEFCOLD SFK-2E+ is a high-end keg cooler with its machine unit mounted on the right, built as a module for custom bar and cellar layouts. A single hinged solid door closes the cabinet, and the anthracite RAL 7021 exterior with a silver interior suits a back-bar or cellar position. Gross capacity is 104 litres, 95 litres of it usable.
Cooling is ventilated, circulating cold air to pull the cabinet down and recover quickly after the door is opened, holding a +2 to +10 °C band. An electronic controller manages the temperature and automatic defrost handles frost without a manual routine. Rated noise is a low 41 dB, quiet enough for a position near front-of-house, and it draws 200 W.
Internally the unit measures 255 × 500 × 735 mm (W×D×H) and it weighs 63.5 kg gross, 58 kg net. Packed for delivery it is 660 × 610 × 980 mm (W×D×H), worth checking against doorways and access on the way in. Cooling uses natural-hydrocarbon R290 refrigerant with an 80 g charge, on a standard 220–240 V/50 Hz supply.
