Why this beer fridge earns its place
The Polar G-Series GL003 is a back bar cooler with sliding doors. It's built to sit behind the bar and chill bottled and canned stock within reach of the server at 900mm wide and 520mm deep, with the sliding doors opening without swinging into a tight service run. The 208-litre cabinet holds up to 180 × 330ml bottles across four adjustable shelves, maintaining a steady +2 to +8 °C. It puts the range on show and to hand at the point of pour.
Through service it works as a refrigerated back-bar store: staff slide a door, take a bottle and the door slides back, keeping stock cold across a shift. It's built for the front-of-house environment behind the bar. The cabinet weighs 62kg and runs from 230V at 230W (around 1.7 kWh per day). The sliding-door design means no hinged swing space is needed, which suits a compact service run.
It's built to sit behind the bar as part of the back fitting; the GL003 carries 2 years' parts and labour warranty. Check the cabinet's width, depth and height in the spec table against your bar run and the delivery route before ordering. Full electrical and capacity figures are in that table, and the cooler is backed by Craven Cooling's own service and support — call 01792 732702 with any questions before or after install.
