Why this beer fridge earns its place
The Polar G-Series GL012 is a double-door back bar cooler built to sit behind the bar and keep drinks cold and to hand. At 900 mm wide and 520 mm deep, it fits a standard bar run without dominating the back-bar footprint. It holds bottled and canned stock through service, so staff serve straight from the cooler rather than the store room. The hinged doors give full-width access to load and pick from, and the double-door layout lets staff open one side while the other stays shut and cold during a rush.
In daily use it is a working back-bar cabinet: load it before service, restock through the shift and serve from the front. Four shelves let you sort and organise your fastest-moving bottled and canned lines. The cabinet runs at 230 W on 230 V—modest power for the 198-litre capacity—and keeps a steady +2 to +8 °C chilled band ideal for beers, wines, mixers and soft drinks held ready to serve. Set and check it against the temperature band in the spec table for the bottles and cans you intend to hold.
Confirm the cabinet's external dimensions and power supply against the spec table before siting, and allow airflow clearance and a socket within reach of its position under or behind the bar. The GL012 weighs 60 kg, so plan the floor surface and platform support accordingly.
