Why this beer fridge earns its place
The FP724 is IMC's Mistral M60 bottle cooler, a double-door back-bar cabinet built to chill and present bottled and canned drinks at the point of sale. It measures 900 mm wide by 600 mm deep and 500 mm tall, giving you a slightly taller footprint than single-width coolers, so check the gap under your counter matches before ordering. It sits behind the bar where staff serve from it all shift, turning stock into a visible, self-restocking line rather than something fetched from the cellar. The double-door layout gives quick access when a round comes in and the bar is under pressure, with two hinged doors for independent loading from either end.
Built for continuous front-of-house duty, it keeps bottled and canned stock at +2 to +6 °C using forced air cooling and an auto-defrost cycle. It runs on 225 W at 240V and uses around 796 kWh per year to maintain temperature through the year. It is designed to be worked hard through peak periods and restocked on the fly, holding fast-moving bottled and canned lines cold and to hand so every pour comes out of a chilled cabinet. Weighing 73 kg and built from stainless steel, it is a drinks cooler for the service position, not a back-of-house storage fridge, and earns its place by keeping the bar flowing without a trip to the store. The 4 shelves hold 133 litres of product, which suits most high-turnover bar operations.
It fits into a standard back-bar run beneath the counter, so plan the gap carefully—note the 900 mm width—and plan the delivery route to the bar before it arrives. It runs on R290 refrigerant (low environmental impact) and comes with a 2-year parts and labour warranty. If you are tight on access or unsure how it sits against your existing fit-out, Craven Cooling can talk the layout through before you order.
