Why this beer fridge earns its place
The Gamko E3 FD020 is a double-door bottle cooler with two hinged doors, made to keep the bottled range cold and to hand at the point of service. It holds 364 litres — enough for a working stock of beers, wines and mixers at serving temperature. It sits behind the bar as working cold storage, so staff can turn round a round quickly without trips to the cellar. At just over 1.4 metres wide and 512mm deep, it fits the standard double-door bar-back run without demanding much depth — a real constraint in tight service areas.
Both doors are hinged, giving quick, contained access during a busy service and resealing behind staff each time so the cabinet holds its temperature. The double-door layout spreads the load across the width of the bar rather than crowding a single opening. The cabinet runs on R600a — a low-GWP refrigerant — with fan-assisted cooling to keep bottled stock at a steady chill through service. At 72kg, it is substantial but not unwieldy when it arrives.
Running costs are a real ask in hospitality. The E3 uses 288 kWh per year (energy class B), so enter the energy class and figure into our energy label decoder to work out your cost on your tariff rather than a generic guess. Before you site it, confirm the full external dimensions against your gap and delivery route, and allow room for the hinged doors to open. Our team can advise on placement and servicing so it goes in cleanly first time.
