Why this bottle well earns its place
The BW900 is Williams' bottle well — a chilled bottle-and-can station that sits in the bar line rather than under it. Where an ice bucket melts, drips and has to be topped up all shift, a powered well holds drinks cold and ready without the mess, so servers pour faster and stock stays presentable through a busy service. The BW900 holds 384 litres and can stock 261 × 330 ml bottles or 384 × 330 ml cans, sized for a full-service bar shift without frequent restocking.
Run as a dedicated cold reservoir at +4 to +10 °C, the bottle well is built for the pace of front-of-house work: load it, and it holds its stock at serving condition until it sells. It uses R134a refrigerant and a 220 W power supply, with 40 mm foam insulation for thermal efficiency. The unit measures 903 × 908 × 634 mm and weighs 95 kg.
Because a well drops into or sits within the bar counter, the opening it needs and its overall footprint are critical. The BW900 has a sliding door and is fitted for drop-in or under-counter installation. Check the dimensions, weight and access route before you order, and if you want the fit confirmed against your bar layout, our team can talk it through. The cabinet carries a 2-year warranty and Craven Cooling backs it with servicing and support.
