Why this bottle well earns its place
The Polar G-Series CT330 is a compact 279-litre top-loading bottle well — a chilled well that drops into the bar line or counter run so staff reach in from above for cold bottles and cans during service. It holds a working bank of stock at the point of pour, keeping the fast-moving lines cold and to hand without anyone leaving the serving position or opening a large cabinet door.
It carries an energy class B rating (1.9 kWh/24h, 700 kWh/year), the most efficient bottle well format. The climate class 4 build means it is rated for the warmer, busier ambient of a working bar or service area rather a cool back room — essential for a top-loader that takes a warm-air hit every time the lid lifts through a busy session. The 935mm width fits comfortably into standard bar runs; at 52.5kg it is a manageable installation on a level counter surface. R600a refrigerant with fan-assist cooling holds +2 to +8°C during service.
Because it is a top-loading well, the install is about the counter aperture as much as the floor. Check the width, the remaining physical figures — the 279L capacity, weight, temperature band — and the electrical supply (230V 160W) against your bar layout before the cut is committed. Air clearance around it helps it hold temperature through a busy night.
