Why this hand wash basin earns its place
The Parry MB-CHW HS349 is a modular bar corner section — a building block for assembling a commercial bar counter. Its job is to take the counter around a corner, joining two straight runs into an L-shape, while an integrated hand wash puts a dedicated washing point where staff work. Built from stainless steel with a rear 50 mm upstand to contain splashes, it is part of the Parry modular bar system rather than a standalone piece of equipment.
In day-to-day use it does two things at once: it forms the structural corner of the bar and it gives front-of-house staff somewhere to wash their hands at the point of service, close to where drinks and food are handled. That keeps wash facilities within the bar line rather than off in a back area, which supports hygiene compliance without breaking the workflow.
This is not a refrigerated cabinet — it is a counter module with a hand wash, so installation is about the build and the plumbing. The hand wash needs a water supply and drainage connection (taps sold separately), and the section is designed to link with other Parry bar sections to form a continuous run. At 850 mm wide by 580 mm deep, it is scaled to coordinate with the standard Parry bar modules. Craven Cooling supplies the wider catering and refrigeration equipment that goes into a bar or servery, so the rest of the fit-out can come from the same supplier.
