The GH428 is a Polar G-Series single-door upright display freezer in a black finish, with a glass door that shows the stock inside while keeping it frozen. It is built to merchandise frozen product — ice cream, ready meals and frozen food — in convenience retail, supermarkets and foodservice, so customers can see the range without the door being opened. At 680 mm wide and 1990 mm tall, it stands narrow on the shop floor but displays at full eye-line.
Day to day, the cabinet holds -22 to -18 °C, the band for frozen storage and display, and the glass door keeps that stock on show at the point of sale. Five adjustable shelves let you organise stock by line, while the hinged glass door and forced-air cooling work together to hold temperature through busy trading. The cabinet weighs 138 kg and rates D energy class, drawing around 11 kWh per 24 hours.
On the build side, the GH428 runs on R290, a natural hydrocarbon refrigerant. It draws 1000W at 230V, so give it its own circuit. The cabinet ships with a 2-year parts-and-labour warranty.
