Why this double door upright glass door freezer earns its place
The Tefcold Atom Maxi F2DB is a high-capacity double-door upright display freezer in a black RAL9005 finish, with two hinged glass doors and a 1.39 m² display area for showing frozen stock at eye level. It offers 1006 litres of gross capacity and 702 litres of usable net volume across ten adjustable shelves, so you can merchandise a deep frozen range without a customer digging through a chest.
It holds product at -22 to -18 °C with ventilated cooling for even temperature across the shelves and fully automatic defrost, so there is no manual defrost routine. An electronic controller holds the setting, the white RAL9003 interior keeps packaging clear, and the cabinet is rated climate class 3. It carries energy class D with a 46.3% efficiency index, and on 6,376.5 kWh a year it costs about £1,594 to run at 25p/kWh.
The cabinet measures 1253 × 760 × 2003 mm (W×D×H), so check doorway height as well as width on the delivery route — at just over two metres tall it will not clear every opening. It runs on a standard 220–240 V 13-amp supply drawing 1205 W, uses natural R290 refrigerant, and weighs 240 kg net, so plan equipment and access for positioning.
