Why this supermarket freezer earns its place
The SUPER 200HC DE is a white high-vision supermarket display freezer built to put frozen product on show while keeping it accessible. Its 1.38 m² display area suits a run of frozen impulse and everyday lines on the shop floor, in a robust white finish.
It holds -24 to -18 °C under an electronic controller in energy class C, using static cooling with automatic defrost, so there is no manual defrost routine to manage. It runs at a rated 48 dB and carries a climate class 3 rating for normal indoor conditions. At 2463.8 kWh a year it works out at about £616 a year at 25p/kWh.
The freezer measures 1990 × 920 × 790 mm (W×D×H) externally with 1834 × 774 × 490 mm of internal space, giving a gross 540 litres and net 430 litres. It weighs 121 kg net and ships packed at 2090 × 1020 × 850 mm, so check the packed width against your delivery route. It runs from a standard 13 A supply at 220-240 V/50 Hz, draws 656 W and uses R290 refrigerant with a 60 g charge.
