Why this supermarket freezer earns its place
The SUPER 150DE is a compact supermarket display freezer for frozen retail merchandising. It carries 590 litres gross and 400 litres net across 0.92 m² of display area, finished in white inside and out, in a 1520 mm-wide footprint that suits a mid-store frozen point rather than a full aisle.
Day to day it holds a frozen band of −24 to −18 °C using static cooling with automatic defrost, managed by an electronic controller, and it carries climate class 3. Noise is rated at 48 dB. Energy class D works out at 2117 kWh a year, roughly £529 a year to run at 25p/kWh, with an energy efficiency index of 41%.
The cabinet measures 1520 × 920 × 790 mm (W × D × H) and weighs 98 kg net, 141 kg gross. Packed for delivery it is 1610 × 1020 × 850 mm, so check access routes against that before it arrives. It runs from a standard 13 A supply at 220–240 V, drawing 644 W, and uses R290 refrigerant with a 60 g charge.
