Why this containersbpa-free product earns its place
Good dough needs room. The Cambro box is built around that insight—460mm depth is enough for dough to develop without crowding, expand without touching lids, and rise evenly. It's 660mm wide, so it fits a full-sheet's worth of product across, and the shallow 76mm height keeps vertical stack count low. That might sound fussy, but in a 15-dough day (typical for a busy pizzeria), the difference between a shallow box you can store six high and a deep box you can only stack three is real back-of-house space.
The polypropylene construction is food-safe, dishwasher-safe, and reinforced at the edges—the sides won't dent or crack when you're moving half a tonne of stacked dough. The edges are smooth and rounded, which matters when your hands are wet and dough-sticky during a long shift. No sharp catches, no edges that trap dough and become a harbour for bacteria. The white interior makes it easy to see your product and spot any overflow or collapse.
Beyond proofing, it's a genuine multi-use box: store dough in the fridge, proof at room temperature, transport to a second location, cool finished product before serving. Stack with the optional lid (CW801, sold separately) for storage between shifts. This is infrastructure, not a single-job tool.
