The smaller BRUTE is purpose-built for kitchens that need waste handling but don't have the space or volume for the 121-litre model. At 37.9 litres, it's the right size for a smaller restaurant, a prep station, or a section of a larger kitchen — enough to get you through a service run without being too heavy or unwieldy to move.
Grey polyethylene again means durability. The 435 mm height fits under prep counters and in cramped corners, and the 397 mm diameter is narrow enough to slot between other equipment. Built-in handles are designed for non-slip lifting, so you can grab it safely even when your hands are wet or gloved. The round shape is stronger under load than you'd think, and lighter than a full-size container without feeling flimsy.
Like all BRUTE containers, this one is engineered for movement and ease of use. If your operation is smaller but still needs the same reliability and handling qualities as the larger version, the 37.9-litre is the right choice. Use it solo or stack several containers on a mobile base (dolly sold separately) to move waste between stations. Lids are sold separately to cover and seal.
