Why this crock earns its place
The Arena Mirage Melamine crock gives prepared food, toppings, sides or chilled display items a contained rectangular serving space, with a 1.5 litre capacity for a compact service quantity. Its black finish creates a strong frame that brings contrast to lighter foods.
Melamine is a practical front-of-house material for a serving piece moved through display set-up, service and clearing. The stated 130 x 100 mm external footprint is easy to account for when planning a counter or buffet position.
