Why this trayslide earns its place
Watch a self-service counter without a slide and the same thing happens at every stop: the tray gets balanced on one arm, or it gets put down on the serving edge. Neither is good. The one-armed tray slows the customer at every dish and is a nudge away from the floor, and a tray set on the counter puts an underside that has been on a table across the food line. The TS20D takes the tray at the front of the unit, at working height, so it travels with the customer and both hands stay free for tongs, lids and cutlery.
