Why this tray earns its place
This is a service tray, melamine so it's tough and won't chip easily under daily kitchen work. White finish reads clean on any buffet. The real design is in the metal strips: they run along two sides and grip the beech cutting board (GH394) securely in place. Load your bread onto the board, slot the board into the tray, and the whole assembly—bread, board, everything—is locked in. Walk it out to the dining room, to a buffet line, to an event. Nothing shifts. The rubber feet grip the table so the tray doesn't slide.
Dishwasher safe, so cleanup is quick and simple. The 355×395mm footprint is generous enough for a proper bread service without dominating the buffet space. The combination of melamine toughness and the locking system means this tray is designed for real use: busy services, repeat handling, transport.
