Why this board earns its place
Round boards exist for a reason—they're natural for pizzas, whole pies, and anything meant to be shared and sliced at the table. This one measures 355mm across (comfortable for a 12–14 inch pizza or a generous platter) with a 135mm handle that extends from the edge, giving you leverage and confidence whether you're moving it from oven to table or handling it between covers.
Acacia wood in a rustic oiled finish—the same warm, grain-forward material as the rectangular boards, but the round format speaks clearly to its intended use. At 1.1 kg, it's weighty enough to feel substantial and stable when loaded, yet manageable in one hand during service. The 15mm thickness is proper thickness; you won't hear flex when the board lands on a table.
This is the board for the moment when a whole thing arrives at the table: a wood-fired pizza, a hot focaccia to tear and share, a composed platter of aged meats and cheeses arranged for visual impact. The format, the handle and the weight all say "this matters and this is deliberate."
