Why this platter earns its place
The large format is where this Churchill Alchemy design really earns its place. At 460 mm long and 150 mm deep, it's the canvas for a sliced charcuterie run, a row of individual tartines, or a progression of cured fish. The narrow profile means you can present width without depth—critical if your counter is tight or if you're building a visual story that reads left-to-right, as it should.
Same lightweight rustic acacia and food-safe lacquer as its medium sibling, but the stretched proportions change how you work with it. A chef can plate a linear sequence here, or a deli can show the progression of a meat selection without asking the customer to turn the board. The handle loop sits at the end, so you can move a full service without breaking the visual line.
At 0.66 kg per board, the weight is still manageable even when laden with product. Stackable when not in service, so you can keep a rotation: one board moving from prep to counter, one resting in the back. Four in a pack is the natural sizing for a team working a lunch shift or a single space managing multiple presentations at once.
