The APS Valo Insert GN 1/1 does one job cleanly: it sits inside APS Valo wooden boxes and turns them into proper food vessels. Made in oak and sized to standard GN 1/1 dimensions (515 × 310 mm), it's designed to protect the wood from moisture and staining — the kind of practical wear that happens every service when you're using wood containers for buffet runs.
