This insert is purpose-built for the 1/2 GN APS Valo wooden box—it's not a standalone piece but a component that transforms the box into a chill station. The multi-section design creates compartments you fill with ice, then nest cold items (yoghurts, smoothies, sorbet, or prepped beverages) inside them. The ice stays in contact with the products while keeping them visible and accessible.
Black wood construction sits visually clean against the warm tone of the outer box, and at just 60 mm high, it takes up minimal space while doing essential thermal work. The stackable design means you can nest multiple inserts for storage or prep them in advance.
At 300 × 240 mm, it fits properly within the 1/2 GN box dimensions (not loose, not strained), and at 0.2 kg it's negligible weight once you've filled it with ice. The non-dishwasher-safe requirement is standard for wooden pieces—hand-wash and dry it immediately after service.
