Where GC943 is your primary workhorse, the 65 mm shallow basket works as a visual accent piece in a stacked or tiered buffet display. It holds lighter items — bread rolls, petit fours, garnishes, fresh fruit — anything that doesn't need deep capacity. The reduced depth also means you'll see more of what's on display beneath it, which is the point: Frames is designed to be mixed and layered for visual impact.
At just 0.75 kg, it's the lightest component in the range. That makes it ideal for front-of-house where your service staff will be moving pieces between seatings. The poly-rattan construction is identical to the deeper basket — hard-wearing, resistant to odour and staining, professional to look at across a three-hour service.
Because it's still 1/1 gastronorm size, it nests with your other Frames components and uses the same integral frame design. Stack it on top of a full-depth basket, set it alongside, or use it as the top layer in a tiered arrangement. Pair with a decorative base plate and the matching rolltop cover (GC910) to dress it fully, or leave it open and simple if your menu and plating style demands less chrome.
