Why this tong earns its place
At 24cm, this tong gives close control for lifting, turning and serving food from pans, trays and prep containers. It is short enough for precise work at a bench or pass, while still keeping fingers away from the food being handled.
The springless design removes the coil that can become a food trap at the centre of a tong. Stainless steel forms the working body, and the permanently bonded yellow handle makes the utensil quick to identify and return to the correct station.
