Why this thermo boxe earns its place
This is the 9-rail version of Cambro's GoBox—it's purpose-built for kitchens running gastronorm pans at 65 mm depth. Nine rails means nine pans stacked vertically, which in a catering kitchen translates to "one load covers the soup, sauce, vegetable, protein, starch, garnish, and three more items." It's the workhorse carrier for event kitchens and banqueting where you're pre-plating multiple items and moving them from prep to service in one trip.
The 126-litre capacity is slightly smaller than the 155-litre version because the rails take up interior space, but that's the point: the structure is optimized for the load you actually want to carry. Front access means your kitchen team loads at the pass and unloads at the service point without repositioning. The hinges lock the door fully open to the side—you're not wrestling with a swinging door while pulling pans. Polypropylene construction is durable enough to live in a van or a catering truck year-round. It won't rot, crack under impact, or degrade from oil and grease. Pair it with a Cambro thermal exchanger on the back and you've got consistent temperature control for journeys of any length.
