Open bakery counters are a selling point—customers want to see fresh product and smell the bakery. But flies, dust and deliberate fingers are a constant hazard. This Olympia cover seals the visual transaction: clear enough that customers can admire and choose what they want, yet fully protective. The polycarbonate is crystal-clear (not scratched or fogged like acrylic can become) and lets product shape and colour sing through.
At 308mm diameter and 190mm tall, this is a workhorse size: covers a full-sized plated cake or a baker's dozen of pastries. The dome doesn't rest directly on the product—you'd typically use a base plate or a serving stand—so delicate items stay visible without being crushed. The transparent top lets ambient light (or directed bakery lighting) catch the product; the cover adds perhaps 5mm of visual buffer around the display.
