Why this chopping board earns its place
The Prepara E3701 is a red polyethylene chopping board for chopping, slicing and portioning in a commercial kitchen. Its 460 × 300 mm working area supports normal prep tasks while leaving the board's red colour visible as part of the kitchen's working system.
The 12 mm thickness gives knife work a defined base. Colour-coded boards help staff keep preparation tasks visibly assigned, which is especially useful when ingredients move quickly between storage, prep and the cooking line.
