Low-density polyethylene is lighter and more forgiving than HDPE — it won't shatter if dropped, and it's easier on the wrist during hours of prep work. This Hygiplas set brings that flexibility to a colour-coded system that works. Seven boards, one per food type: raw meat, raw fish, cooked meat, allergens, salads and fruit, baked goods and vegetables.
The small size (305×229 mm) is the sweet spot for individual prep stations and smaller kitchens. You can fit them into standard prep sinks, store them in tight spaces, and hand them out to team members without them feeling bulky.
