Why this cake stands & display stand earns its place
The Fusion Buffet Ice Cell keeps food cold for three hours with no electricity. But if you're displaying drinks directly on top of the blocks, the chill creates condensation that pools underneath bottles and glasses — it's cold physics. That's why these buffer pouches exist. They're a thin thermal barrier: sit them on top of the cooler blocks, rest your bottles on top of them, and the pouches absorb the moisture before it hits your glassware or the table.
Each pouch measures 280mm × 240mm and sits just 20mm tall, so they're barely visible in your display. You get two in the pack, which means you can cover a decent spread of bottles or swap one out if it gets too wet during a long service. They're lightweight (0.4kg each) and designed specifically for the footprint of the Ice Cell system's cooler blocks.
