Why this pizza pan earns its place
The Lockhart EB740 is a 9-inch aluminium pizza pan for thin-crust preparation. It is made without a rolled edge, allowing rolled dough to be trimmed against the pan using a rolling pin.
The pan is suitable for conveyor and deck ovens, giving pizza kitchens a defined pan for those oven formats. The unfinished top edge may be sharp, so take care when handling the pan during preparation, loading and cleaning.
