Why this funnel earns its place
Matfer Bourgeat Piston Funnel with Stand 0.75Ltr is a compact funnel designed for controlled, repeatable work. The 0.75 litre capacity gives you a useful amount of fill without making the tool bulky, and the 285 mm height keeps it easy to handle on the bench.
It is made from yellow copolyester and weighs 0.553 kg, so it feels light enough for regular use while still having enough presence to stay stable in day-to-day prep. The ergonomic handle is there for comfort, which matters when a job needs steady use over a longer period.
The funnel is supplied with a stainless steel wire stand, so it has a proper place to sit between uses. It is also dishwasher safe, which makes it easier to keep clean in a busy kitchen or pastry prep area.
