Why this funnel earns its place
The De Buyer Automatic Piston Funnel Stainless Steel is made entirely from high quality stainless steel, so it is built for everyday professional use and straightforward cleaning. It is designed to dose sauces, creams and liqueurs efficiently and hygienically.
Its De Buyer piston mechanism helps you keep dispensing neat and controlled, which is useful when consistency matters and you do not want waste or splashes. With a 1.9 litre capacity, it gives you a practical working size for smaller batches or more frequent finishing work.
The unit measures 180 x 19 x 19 mm and weighs 0.78 kg, so it has a compact footprint and is easy to handle. It is dishwasher safe, freezer safe and supplied with a stand plus a 1 year warranty.
