Why this gn dishe earns its place
The U813 brings a compact Gastronorm footprint to Olympia's Whiteware collection. Its 1/6 GN format and 890 ml capacity keep a smaller quantity of food within a clearly defined section of a display or service layout.
Made from white porcelain, it has a straightforward rectangular shape that puts the food ahead of the container. The individual measurements are 176 mm wide, 162 mm deep and 100 mm high, so buyers can check the precise footprint as well as the stated 1/6 GN format before ordering.
The container is stackable, helping multiple pieces sit more tidily when they are off duty. It is also suitable for the freezer and dishwasher, giving busy restaurants, hotels and catering teams a practical route through storage and clean-down without changing vessels unnecessarily.
